    i wonder what the entities that bought millions of shares recently in the range .35 to .38cents are going to do about the dilution of their share holdings besides the money they have lost in the past weeks
    i emailed cer to ask them the dilution rate but received the reply that a mailing was happening to explain all
    ha ha
    without predjudice
    we are dealing with a pack of crooks/////
