Yes they get to press ahead but stakeholders still get final say on agreement and even then the approval of the vote needs to be signed off by the courts. It's just so they can start sending the paper work out to shareholders etc, so enjoy that when it arrives in the mail.
All I want to know is who will be chair after agreement. Hope you get someone good.
