Yes, there is MOU that the native agreement will be signed on 24th or 25th. However, like any contract, nothing is definite until it is signed. I don;t know about you but I am an investor and not a gambler. The difference between the two is that an investor take calculative risk. So until the Native Title is signed, serious investors would be quite skeptical about this company. So I think like many investors in MAK, I for one would increase my existing exposure to MAK once the announcement is out.
