There has never been any question about the TO's at Wonarah. Every presentation has reaffirmed that they fully back the project. Some may have thought that AD was exaggerating but many had priced in this news long ago.
I think a few bought this morning hoping to sell the news and may have got burnt when the ASX crashed.

As for RWD it is all about TO's and signing an agreement. RWD has 2 JORC resources and a further JV with RUM along with other potential projects. A TO agreement WILL seriously re-rate RWD. Forget about Lake Disappointment and look at Lake MacKay. By the way MR recently sealed a TO deal for IRC.
