I think the truth is that not all the new shares were placed among the people or in circulation. That such an opportunity, as now, is not used to collect is to justify not with rationality and even not with Ebeola.
Since this is my first comment on today's 100% message, I will not fail to congratulate Brad and his team welcome the successful takeover.
