I have received an email from Alex where i had asked for an update on the status of the deal, his response was;

"The market is fully informed of the status of the deal at this stage, documentation is still being finalised. Any notification will be by ASX announcement. Thanks for your interest, regards Alex."

I believe that this is a genuine response from Alex and that ODN management have underestimated the timing to come to an agreement.
