last status was because of holiday signing delayed, xmas new year holiday period easily costs 2 weeks delay.
my understanding is that they are finalising the deal documents, so the deal is done, they will sit and sign it once all in place.
people mentioning odn history, failed mou... odn pulled out of the deal, with gridcomm they were happy with the due diligence...
what ever the price of gridcomm one way or another it will be paid, give some take some final touches
