Don't be too hasty boys but by all means drink your champagne.

There is a total record of the collusion between Titan and certain Core directors. A lot of filings have been kicked off and of course the paper trail is there.

The Vertex debt shuffle that Titan 'tookover' and certain Core directors hand in that is still frozen by the regulators. If regulators had allowed this plan would have come out back in August.

If regulators saw fit to lock that down what do you think the Canadian regulators do with the clear record of collusion and insider information being given to Titan so that they could plan this latest attempt.

The Canadian court blocked the plan back in June/July. Here the record is totally out in the open with Core filed records from back in September and on. So quite predictable as to what will happen.
