It's like being at an auction of several shopping centres ( or houses, trucks etc) with only two bidders and they work out tge gets of a deal between themselves beforehand, then only one bids!

Crap outcome for long term holders and considerably undervalued now it is paying dividends, no doubt management will be enjoying the spoils of their free free performance options.
