The billion dollar questions are:
Why is there an aggregate short position of approximately 5% still in the stock?
And what is management doing to educate the market as to why that view is wrong.
I imagine mentioning future acquisitions in a slide deck that should be focusing entirely on the successful closure of Bauna and how the company is going to extract every drop of value from it would be one of the reasons the market views the current management with a continued degree of skepticism.
Reflected in today’s limp share price response.
