    thats what I am thinking. Why are they in a rush right when its leaked ICN is in the media a few days later.

    sounds like just a theory but too many indicators pointing towards santos taking a solid stake in ICN and ICN being on the verge of something big.

    Santos wouldn't be sniffing around other wise..and they are not just sniffing..they are buying into ICN in a big way.
