They will never let shareholders know prior to CR otherwise we would all sell out.
CR by nature dilutes the stock and reduces the price as they are offered at a discount and as soon as they are available a big chunk get dumped onto the market thereby lowering the SP. Lose Lose situation in the short term.
The sophisticated investors make a windfall in very quick time. Nothing in this to help the retail investor.
