done over again 52 cents, page-13

i have to admit, i was shocked when we went into a halt regarding a CR...I thought we had enough cash on hand. yes they are diluting our share a little, but tthey are adding nearly 50% extra cash into the company, hopefully we'll hear a quick announcement regarding using this money. The other thing could be that mgmt arnt that confident on the drill results and they are headging there bets??? i wouldnt think so, mgmt have done everything right so far and that would be a little devious..I think somethings comming up regarding that cash...maybe thats why they are closing it so quick??
