Considering the have placed an un-risked value of $3.65 and Risked Value of $1.17 per share on Artemis, I would think doing a placement at .52c as being a reckless act in regard to enhancing shareholder value, which they held up as being very important to them at the AGM.
Its my view, if they are as good as they say they are, the placement should be in excess of 60c and 65c which would be a gift.
I sincerely hope the 52c is not the figure.
