Note: If MEO can announce the CR to market before tomorrow morning they won't get suspended...

Perhaps I should have indicated that it was just my opinion that it was unlikely to happen...

The MEO board would have known all along that they where going to launch a CR the day before SPUD... So it is completely feasible that they are well into the process and can release something early tomorrow...

However on such a red day the Sophies may be hesitant to jump aboard... The SP will most likely drop below 52 cents now anyway....
