When you think about it, why not let it rally on spudding in the first place and then offer cheap shares at .60c?? Why was it so important to Jurgen that these shares be issued at .52c???. More to this obviously but can't accuse anyone of anything on no proof obviously. Hopefully this .52c is correct and no wires crossed anywhere. :))
