And how is that going to benefit Australia in a BIG way?
Bellamy’s product is ‘organic’ and we do not have afaik, big producers of organic milk powder in Aust.
AHF has just had one of their farms certified and are supposedly in process of building a powder plant.
Afaik, BAL product is largely formulated on imported organic milk powders.

If/when Mengniu does buy output from Aust farmers, I doubt if they will be very generous in price offerings, and in fact more likely to ‘screw the suppliers’ they way they have, it would appear, used various ways & means to deliberately destroy the value of Bellamy’s to Aust shareholders.
And if, as many predict, SAMR approval is granted forthwith once Mengniu gets control, just confirms the the ‘corrupt/underhand’ behaviour that has been going on.
And the condition they spend $12M on capital improvements is an absolute joke quantity of money.

Dont be blind Australia! Vote. NO
