again, that's about sex - not gender.

I think we need to use both terms --- 'transgender' and 'trans sex'

I can easily see someone as being trans gender but not trans sex.

all that using the term 'transgender' when one means 'sex' does is to just confuse many and mystify the minds of the uneducated.
