Bingo! This is not just a bank run due to refunds it is showing that there is systemic risk in the WEB business model. WEB runs their financials based on the same fractional reserve model as banks I.e. they allocate only a certain amount to refunds because normally there will not be that many. When everyone asks for their money back at the same time then WEB will/does not have enough for everyone.
Sooner or later they will be forced (by law) to return those money to customers. Lets see what happens then...
