If you cared to understand WEBs core business model before you bought its shares then you will realise that this problem has triggered a run on their balance sheet. They will need to rectify their broken business model. Purchasing a "Call" option on Airline seats and Hotel rooms and on-selling it online while pocketing the difference is not viable because the airlines are now charging a hefty "Term premium" on these seats. If they buy the "Calls" on these seats they get murdered on the decay.
And before you blame the Airlines for not giving the refunds, the Airlines have already refunded the money to WEB immediately after ACCC gave the ruling months ago.
Go to facebook and read how the company you own shares in are putting their very own customers under the bus! Do some more digging from the balance sheet numbers posted above and there no way in hell that WEB can have that kind of revenue last quarter unless of course they pocketed the customers refunds...
