Went and had a look at their Facebook page too and also saw a positive responses regarding refunds from customers...

In fact this was the Webjet representatives response:

"We continue to support all Webjet customers as per the policies outlined by individual airlines and are committed to helping our customers as quickly as possible. While there are delayed response times, our team is working around-the-clock to process refunds, booking changes, credits and more.
Rest assured, we are passing on all refunds, waived cancellation fees and travel credits as per each airline’s most current policy.
Our team is working through high volumes of requests as quickly as possible, and your patience at this time is much appreciated. We will be in touch soon."

Generally on forums when there is maligned posts of a negativity nature it is because someone is attempting to influence the market in hopes to lower the price range so they can buy at a lower rate. Its not always the case, sometimes people do feel over emotional and must relay all they find on every forum they find.. but that is rare and circumstantial.
That to me is a buy usually a buy signal for me. That said I am playing the long game on this and it may take a few weeks before travel announces a new way to reopen the industry, could be days, could even be months (although the longer it take for them the longer the industry and affiliated sectors bleed so I'm thinking sooner than later - plus I am hoping to introduce my newborn to my family soon, so the sooner the better in that regard). This investment feels to me like a 'when', not an 'if'.. and I do prefer 'when' over 'if' when investing.
