That's not always the case with foreign airlines, as my booking early Feb this year, it took 10 weeks to get the refund from Royal Caribbean and Air China;
The refund policy should be depending individual airlines which might took longer as Webjet replied on Facebook; but some one is not happy to wait and leave lots of maligned comments.
