The fact remains is that they are returning money to their customers, and the Webjet representative even mentions delays due to queues in their response.
When an entire sector all of a sudden halts, surely that is reason enough for large queues driving delay times of refunds? I don't see any problem with that, and is more justifiable than a conspiracy theory.
That said I do now see a post on their page under everyone of Webjets post within the last hour accusing them of delaying refunds due to prop up their balance sheets. Strange coincidence seeing that some of these posts are weeks old, yet only now just have that comment within the last hour. If not strange, certainly timely.
