For months, not days months! On a process that is largely automated in this day and age. I helped design the RBA inter bank system its in the millions of trasanction a day, not thousands. So these systems are in my circle of confidence.
1 in thousands does not justify it to me. Try looking at the other review sites too if you are not convinced of how systemic this is. Talk about rose colored glasses...
