You're spot on here, with regards to the reviews. I think people tend to underestimate this. It takes a lot for someone to go out of their way to leave such negative testimonials, particularly when their is a clear consensus. Their core business has been damaged- arguably beyond repair.
Not one person I know would book with them ever again, myself included. The airlines deals are so good via direct bookings, there is simply no need for Webjet's service.
