Aside from the recent comments on their Facebook page that appears to be created from someone on these forums, I have seen fair worse comments posted on Facebook on brands that are now the leaders in what they do.
As I've mentioned, the entire sector came screeching to a halt and Webjet (and other agencies - which mind you are also going through the exact same predicament) have been aligning refunds with their customers and that takes time. I know for a fact that these delays are not affecting Webjet alone as other agents are also experiencing the exact same delays.
As for the comment about being the one who created the RBAs infrastructure and how millions of transactions go through daily.. you would also know there are more than just one piece of the transaction pie that is required to take place. There are a multitude. Policies, alignments, and a bunch of other factors of juggling and ensuring the correct people get what they are entitled too are also factored in. If it was Webjet faking liquidity to create a fraudulent balance sheet, it would be their agency alone that is experiencing this issue. However that is not the case, as I mentioned, it's happening across the board. I know this because I am still waiting for mine from another reputable agency.
So that said, there is an underlying motivation that is being spun toward negativity being cast be some and it is unfounded and lacks merit.
There are two types of people in this thread, those who want to see shares succeed, and those who want to short it at all costs. I welcome both but only with what is substantial and meaningful.. and in this case I will side with those who want to see it succeed as they like me, know the industry is going to bounce back much larger than its previous position, and also know the entire sector is on this together.
