Just looking at the charts and I'm now not convinced that COVID really has any true effect on the travel sector..
If we look back to mid April when the 1st wave hit.. we went from ~$2.20 and had an uptrend for the next 2 months to ~$4.75 around mid-june.
This was during the first wave when we also had restrictions in place and travel bans...
From mid-june we then had a decline down to ~$2.86 which ended on mid-July.. which has since had a steady incline even though we hit a second wave.
So 1st wave: doubled in value over 2 months 2nd Wave with record cases: have had a steady incline in value for past 2 weeks and growing along with the number of sellers dropping.
How does this even begin to make any sense?
