Some people wind up when lots is in a state of flux. Everyone is different and this is ok . We are all just trying to make sense of what is happening and what will maybe happen .
A year - 2 years right now will not be much in longterm scheme of things . Easy to say now , but the time will go fast .

People honestly haven’t slept for 6 mths in health administration and in topline research and development & government. Working for everyone else .
My advice - have trust . Go to your family. You won’t be able to get this time back & you can put more energy to keeping them well & warm & rested & some humour as much as possible . They need you and you need them .
