Why would you be a fool to think Agent's have no place in 'new society?' Clearly you have 175k reasons for it to not be so... Are TPP's essential? It's really not so hard to believe that people are capable enough to manage/book their holidays, providing the interface is user-friendly enough? Or maybe it is?
