As computer literacy continues to increase and post Covid customers tighten their wallets, whether customers would be willing to pay webjet the premium for putting a package together or spend 30 minutes choosing their own hotel and airline online, is open to debate.
yes, older customers may not be as computer literate but each generation is more so than the last and overall only ever increasingly so.
