Neither. Anything that is settled after hours are Off market transactions.
More than likely it is a result of an over the counter position (put or call) being exercised. At the end of the day shares changed hands from one party to the other off market and we will never know what the specifics for it are.
You and I can do a deal off market any day. All we need is to fill out a transfer form from a broker once the deal is struck. Once the transfer is done it will be recorded as such...
