I think we will see a rally (unless the one we just had was it), and then some pull back.
I don't have faith in the market at the moment. The world is on the brink of an economic cliff - and the market is sky rocketing. This is the exact same thing that occurred before the Great Depression and after the first crash that occurred.
I'm out for now. My gut just doesn't trust it. My only doubt in Webjets valuation is that it's anchored to the U.S market - and all time highs and the current state of the world makes me feel like we are closer to the top than the bottom and that usually signals a sell for me. Hopefully I'm wrong for all those enjoying the rally. If I am right though - I will buy back after we have taken a dive over that cliff.
I do think Webjet is a good buy. I have concerns about what's to come after the 2 year mark comes about and travel is still off the cards. Aside from that it's awesome. Just this U.S market has me rattled.
And I know people say not to look at economic history of the world when it comes to charts - but I find history the greatest teacher.
