Anyone that buys from suggestions from hotcopper are just gambling, although after a while you get a fair idea of who is a fairly good resource for information. In my opinion new investors should use hotcopper as a resource to find information that you can go research yourself. Only reason i am saying this is because there seems to be a fair amount of new investors jumping in on WEB lately.
