I agree with your sentiment on PLS, but cant agree with your sentiment on global markets. IMO, once all this trade tarrif negotiating is done and dusted, markets will settle and sentiment will switch to focusing on fundamentals.

There is a few amber lights (not red) flashing, but generally global economy is pretty good, providing inflation and therefore interest rates remain low and continue their slow grind up.

If you look at ASX and other asian markets today, the are either slightly in red or in the green. Further, US index futures are up approx half a %. If the noise settles, maybe this is a buy the dip opportunity. But as always, DYOR
