I believe that the SP for PRR will in fact rise as soon as people wake up to the fact that we have looked into the crystal ball last week.
It's just that the Crystal Ball is a little foggy at the moment.It could come good any day now with a rise into the low .20s by end of week.
Or it could go the other way as the Crystal Ball may have a crack on it.lol
PRR will run the answer is when.
