Don't be fooled. Hideous ripoff of existing shs w/ absurdly priced secondary

Looks like the Underwriter Peloton is trying to support the sh price. We'll see how many shs they can eat before new shs come out (and as they get shorted coming into listing).And this announcement is to be expected info.

The fact is IMHO mg't is either not bright enough to run this company (to put it kindly), ONLY interested in securing salary funding for next couple years (likely), or getting something from Peleton. (I have no evidence of the later but my God with the ignorantly WAY, WAY, NEEDLESLY CHEAP SECONDARY TOASTING EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS they ought to be getting something!)

As I said in my tweat:
Only reason to own the shs (LATER after they come down into the listing &/or before long) is to:

1. Vote down whatever can be of this POOR AND NEEDLESSLY RUSHED FINANCING.
2. Vote OUT MG'T. It's so needless and reckless it's both unforgivable and not what you want to see from anyone near running any kind of decent business.
