you guys seem to forgot the negative effect of directors options IN THIS CASE......history shows that recievors of options are sellers of the heads to convert their options....this puts a major burden on the share price.

If they deserve a BONUS for preformance....it should be after profit goals are reached....options disguised as capital raising are best done to corporates who have a long term objectives....there would be far fewer dilution.

One director allready gets a significant retainer and further income IMHO beyond the norm....and now wants more..

Well my 2mill of stock looks very shaky....cannot see this stock more than the 6.5c, pre xmas or post next option date conversion.
