This is just my view - is that the big money has stopped (for a period of time), buying PRR, and therefore it is retesting support around the level it is now - however it will most likely go a bit lower yet.
This will test at what price the buyers will come back in to purchase the stock, so it will once again be pushed up. As you can see by the wafting, this is not the price point as yet (buyers are waiting for a lower price to buy back in). My guess is that it will go lower for a bit longer - remembering PRR's history 1st Qrter we are expecting announcements - we have 2 more months.
This tells me accumulation at these levels is in the instos longer term interests, not the interests of longer term share holders. Look at the buy orders around .14 - .15 - usually they get filled - if not now in the near term.
