Totally agree Ozpolarbear.
Exercise and movement outside is crucial for the human body. Even if it's grey and dull. And as you've said in many different ways, it influences our mind.
Not always easy though. Especially when going through significant personal events which a lot of us have been through.
One natural herb I'd suggest trying is St. Johns Wort 3 times a day. Get a good quality one.
