The bill loss largely a non-cash write off. This write-off was expected - lets be honest - and factored in to the price already.
ASIC calling off the inquiry with no negative consequences (beyond those already expected) is exceptional news.
Yes debt is a problem. Increase to the headroom should be considered a negative... since it means they need the increase.
