red rock resources (rrr:l) owns 15% of rsl (see notice a few weeks ago). rrr has a current mc of 10 mil pound. duel listed on the aim and germany

rrr are currently at 3.13p. may gap up on open.

regency mines (rgm:aim, frankfurt rm4) owns 61% of rrr. was tied in with thor. has tenements in png, qld, wa (gold and nickel)

regency and red rock have common directors namely

andrew bell - regency, greatland gold, ormando as well as rsl

ken watson - kenroc mining, co founder of golden mile at the mt pleasant mine, regency, redstone metals

john watkins - regency

robert weicker - chief geo of williams mine in canada (huge)

michael nott

they have tenements in

malawi - uranium. a report from late 06 said that they were going to switch their attention from this to concentrate on the mg project

zambia - manganese with grades up to 46% at 2 mil tonnes
production this year? (not sure)
there is a hydro and a railway nearby

this is a jv with jupiter mines

wa - gold near telfer at around 591ppb. no drilling yet

now the question is ----

why would red rock buy 15%??

most of the directors of rrr have extensive experience in africa and australia

and i also wonder if there is a name change coming
