whilst i agree with your sentiment re; Regals prospective future and that at these levels it makes an attractive punt. I don't believe there has been any suggestion of getting rid of Matt Sullivan and imho that would be a big mistake as to try and replace a geo of his calibre atm would be a difficult and expensive exercise.Infact Sullivan has publicly stated that he rejects the IRC proposal and gives his full support to the current board.
Whilst IRC has identified an undervalued opportunity and taken a position i dont believe that their proposed motion will succeed. Current board should have enough support to retain their positions leaving IRC with a good investment but egg on their face, imo
