I would have to agree with you wood croft, they definitely need the cash, only 1.6 quarters of cash from the latest quarterly. Should all the shares on offer be taken up, it will take PVE to around 1.1 billion shares issued meaning 30 cents per share would see them at 330 mil$ company, I am not as positive as you on that front. Italy is a difficult place to operate, The government can rezone and flip flop very quickly, I believe this company has been a victim of this in the past. Masterman could definitely have done a better job for all the remuneration he received. I wish all holders good luck and I really hope this company can rise up again and recover from its lost decade.
