I agree, Italy is very tricky for any business development. I had a chance to listen Alan Kohler's interview with Kevin about the company and struggles to get through the bureaucracy in previous years. But also about amazing turnaround in approval process when shortage of gas for Europe materialised. They were also discussing impressive prospects for the project. Recommend checking it:

SP will be manipulated for now but I am also believer that nothing going to stop it growing up in the longer term. Gas is at great value in Europe and the winter is coming.
