Most people commenting here with the exception of a few are full of shiatas...Rome wasnt built in a day and nor should you expect unrealistic progress for such a project..Good things sometimes take time so have a cup of shut the "you know what" and relax a little. The whole market is performing poorly so why should this stock be any different...
And about the capital they need to raise..you can bet your gonads its a done deal.
