No word of contracts, though? Isn't NMS about winning contracts, and not just selling vessels? How are their results going to be good if they don't show positivity by winning contracts? What do the workers do all day? All I've seen so far is that the company has "strengthened the Board", which probably just spends more shareholder money.

Disclosure: I don't hold, but I've seen the major holder has been buying in rapidly, so that's a good sign. They must have some hope that the company will do something related to its core business in the future.
