Sub 9 or ninish is good value imo :). Im not too worried about tenth of a cent here, i got my fill yesterday and happy with it. Support has held a number of times at 8.3 cents. I dont know how to post my chart but it looks as though its bouncing off a support line from Oct 06 and July 07 (higher low). Volume is also lowish/ declining and stochs on week and monthly are in oversold territory so it may not be far from some good times:)>.
