I dont subscribe to the theory that the election has to be doen and dusted for CVI to release ann's. Our own election victories are known within hours and then its just a matter of by how much and then the new Prime Minister or re-elect makes his speach in the late hours, even though they could in most cases come out before nightly news. It adds to the drama. But it is still soem weeks before all the votes are counted and the true result and breakdown of each electorate is known.
There is no leaky ship indications that an ann is nearby but maybe, just maybe MS and Co have kept their trap shut on ann's that really matter, no need to lubricate the masses when its the real deal.
All speculation, and for me 8.3c was a target buy in as if we have a run today, i can hold over the weekend with a buffer zone. I even emailed this to others yesterday so i am not talking my book.
