l bought ANZ for about $27 in 2007 then watched in disbelief as the market crashed. The one thing l did right was not selling. What I did wrong was not re-investing dividends to average down. I was too scared to buy more in 2008/9
I feel like I've spent most of my adult life waiting for ANZ damn shares to recover! In March I applied to participate in the dividend re-investment plan. Not that it's done me much good
Lots of uncertainty over how many bad loans ANZ will have to deal with later in the year but I'm confident the turn-around will come in the medium term.
