@biggsy Remuneration based on performance ( both company and shareholder growth ) cant see too many shareholders complaining if they're doing well simply because their CEO paid top dollar , our CEO's on top dollar alright and most LT holders deep red and many of us still holding put in a position needing to buy heavily at our now decimated share value to achieve a half decent average that actually looks achievable within 12 Months time for me .75 and that's just to break even whilst SR sitting on 2.9 M . Don't have a problem if we're doing Ok but down thousands of dollars definitely not Ok . Company growth not share holders at ordinary shareholders expense .
